She also had been modelling appearances both in print and TV in India like Liril, Close-up toothpaste and Limca. Deepika hit the international scene with Maybelline made her their new international cover-girl. She also awarded as the Model of the Year in Kingfisher fashion awards and Playboy Magazine cover winner.
